I weighed 452 lbs. when I began this blog, I did so to aspire others to fight the battle of obesity but, to my astonishment, I AM THE ONE BEING INSPIRED. Today, January 13, 2009 I weigh 228 lbs. Thank you to all who have sent positive emails and posted wonderful thoughts on the blog. We CAN and WILL DO THIS! Let's do this together.
Amanda, my father in law, Terry and I are heading to Birmingham for a real challenge. If you want to put in a little prayer to your particular faith or just send positive thoughts my way about 8:00 AM Sunday Morning, I'll take it!
