Before and After 2 (Nov. 11, 2005)
I don't see any change however I have lost 11 LBS. since the last set of pictures. I will post next set in Mid December. Thanks for your support!

I weighed 452 lbs. when I began this blog, I did so to aspire others to fight the battle of obesity but, to my astonishment, I AM THE ONE BEING INSPIRED. Today, January 13, 2009 I weigh 228 lbs. Thank you to all who have sent positive emails and posted wonderful thoughts on the blog. We CAN and WILL DO THIS! Let's do this together.
