I weighed 452 lbs. when I began this blog, I did so to aspire others to fight the battle of obesity but, to my astonishment, I AM THE ONE BEING INSPIRED. Today, January 13, 2009 I weigh 228 lbs.
Thank you to all who have sent positive emails and posted wonderful thoughts on the blog. We CAN and WILL DO THIS!

USAT Club National Championships - Vegas
Our club www.batonrougetri.com won the club national championships for 2008 in Boulder City Nevada on beautiful lake meade.
