I weighed 452 lbs. when I began this blog, I did so to aspire others to fight the battle of obesity but, to my astonishment, I AM THE ONE BEING INSPIRED. Today, January 13, 2009 I weigh 228 lbs.
Thank you to all who have sent positive emails and posted wonderful thoughts on the blog. We CAN and WILL DO THIS!

Tue: Run 20 min - walk 10 min- run 20 min- walk 10 min- run 20 min- walk 10 min
Wed: Swim 1500m
Thur: Bike 1.5 hr
Fri: Swim 2000
Sat: Run 15 min
Sun: ULL Sprint Tri - 300m swim, 10 mile bike, 2.5 mile run
