I weighed 452 lbs. when I began this blog, I did so to aspire others to fight the battle of obesity but, to my astonishment, I AM THE ONE BEING INSPIRED. Today, January 13, 2009 I weigh 228 lbs.
Thank you to all who have sent positive emails and posted wonderful thoughts on the blog. We CAN and WILL DO THIS!
Let's do this together.
Sorry I missed you at the Abitaman, I was out of town. The first of the series this year was my first tri. Since then, I have dropped 15 pounds and now I am training for a Half-Ironman in October.
You are right - failing to train everyday is ok. In fact, it is preposterous to think you can do train everyday. It is the long run that really matter.
