I weighed 452 lbs. when I began this blog, I did so to aspire others to fight the battle of obesity but, to my astonishment, I AM THE ONE BEING INSPIRED. Today, January 13, 2009 I weigh 228 lbs. Thank you to all who have sent positive emails and posted wonderful thoughts on the blog. We CAN and WILL DO THIS! Let's do this together.

Sweetie, you should have been smiling in the last picture.And you should have any bike you want.It is awesome. Bet you stop traffic on that bike.
